Applicants must be:

1. Currently active in the building industry.

2. Have back ground and experience in the construction field.

3. In a position to place their first order within first 100 days; during the temporary exclusivity agreement period.

Qualified companies will be protected during the 100 day trial period. Upon satisfaction of the initial quotas and success in the regional market Exclusive Foreign Agent Contract (EFA) for the territory will be renewed for 5 years during which all inquiries received from the territory will be referred to the Exclusive Foreign Agent for processing.
