The owner of this income-property needed the building completed in time for an upcoming convention. Dietrich Building Systems had to deliver a structural solution that was a viable cost-effective alternative over the barjoist / concrete framing systems while:
· Meeting all building code requirements of a non-combustible structure.
· Expediting the project schedule to meet the critical timeline
· Provide the owner with a high-end, superior quality floor system
