Dietrich Building Systems had to deliver a structural solution that was a viable cost-effective alternative over the barjoist / concrete framing systems while: · Meeting all building code requirements of a non-combustible structure. · Expediting the project schedule to meet the critical timeline · Provide the owner with a high-end, superior quality floor system Our Solution Using cold-formed steel with our proprietary framing technology1 · Framing crews could drive the project schedule, the end result of which was a faster completion of work. · Met requirement of a non-combustible structure · Structure is lightweight allowing for easy and quick maneuvering of framing components – further expediting the project schedule. · Off-site shop panel fabrication improved the quality of the finished wall panels and reduced the on-site labor construction costs. · TradeReady® Floor System – made for a solid, high quality flooring system that is friendly to the MEP sub-trades. |
